Shipping policy

Order Processing
We process and fulfill orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. All orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details (if available).
